It has been a while and I'm glad to be back and see the forums are still so full of life.

Anyway, I am still with my 9/5 Virgo (I'm 9/11) and things have become very one-sided. It has been 2 1/2 yrs.
He is very emotionally and mentally manipulative. He is very distant and quiet most times. Very cold. Where as, I am very warm, bubbly, giggly and just an all around happy person. I am 26, have no children and have a great job as a profit and projected sales forecaster for a very good company. We basically live together In His house. I pay nothing but I buy the groceries sometimes and things to clean and maintain the house. As others have stated.. Every time we disagree he threatens to break up. He never wants to compromise or communicate about anything. Everything is always my fault. He has belittled me in front of his family on more than one occasion and wonders why I am not myself around them. Every time we argue or disagree he never apologizes or acknowledges his wrongs, he has on more than one occasion told me I was a "weak woman". He has stopped trying with me and I feel there is no passion there. The sex has always been mediocre but now it feels like work. He is lazy and every night just gets in bed expecting me to pounce him but he gives me no emotional reason to. He helps me and gives me money when I need and I do the same for him... I am just to the point where I want it to work but he has a lot of growing up to do but he refuses.
I have changed quite a bit and am very much into my religious beliefs and do not want to stray from this relationship and date or be with anyone else because beyond the bad I do see potential in him and the man he can one say be. I pray for him every night.
But, I am just at a loss of what to do anymore. I am a good woman. I cook for him, clean his house, work,etc. I am always excited to see him, it has never gotten old. But him, it feels like it has gotten old for him and he feels like he doesn't have to put forth much effort. The one time I decided to get some space from him and told him we needed a break... He showed up at the bar I was at with my co-workers and LOST it!! Like literally beat up the guy he thought I was with. But whenever we disagree is the first to say he doesn't care about this relationship and he doesn't want to be with me. I don't want to disappoint t God by leaving this man but he makes me feel so bad about myself when I know I have no reason to. I really think he knows I am a great woman/person and it scares him so much that he would rather have me doubt myself than be fully confident in myself and that way he can control me.
What is wrong with this Virgo man? Can I change him? Or should I just leave!

He was my grandma's dog, he was 19-20 already when I was born and he kept living with her until 24 when my parents decided to relieve her of such task as it was getting problematic for her to keep an eye on him.
He was a mix breed though: mother was a German Shepherd/Czechoslovakian Wolfdog and dad was a Eurasian wolf. And yes, we fed him with raw meat but he must have had super genes too to live so long.
Ha! He looked like the one in the pic I've posted - snout and expression is extremely similar- colour a bit different

Well... if can call him "dog", he was 55kgs or something ahah.
You need to imagine me at 5 years old walking with him in public parks of Rome scaring the heck out of people!
Btw I love the name, from what I know it means "gracious" in Serbian, albeit his posture wasn't gracious at all more like "regal". It's not common to be honest, actually I've never heard of anyone named like that here, not even humans. My grandma told me once that she looked at him when he was a "puppy" and BOOM for some misterious reason MILOS simply came out of her mouth. It felt and sounded right somehow.
I want to mention her soooo badly 😇

Vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and celery

Some dairy, such as yogurt

So my Virgo and I (Cancer) met in high school at ages 15 and 16. He made it known a little he liked me, I was with someone. It never happened even though I did like him a little I just couldn't go there with him but we were friends throughout high school. Always felt comfortable with him.
After high school we talked some and maintained a friendship for a few years and he wanted to become more than friends. At the time he was enlisting into the army and I could not date a solider worrying about him 24 hours a day, I was 18, 19 and he told me he wanted me to take his virginity. That scared me.
In that space he got married and had 2 kids and I got into a serious relationship and had 2 kids. We kept in touch and always were friends and continued our connection. We lost contact because he was mean a few times with what he said to me and we hadn't talked in 4 years but I always thought about him. Sent messages here and there but he never replied so I took a hint and kept living my life. Always had some regrets and
Recently I reached out again and he replied. We talked for a little and it was cool like old times. we spoke on the phone for like an hour and in that time he told me he had someone in his life and said we could be friends. I said fine. We continued to talk and later that night he asked me to face-time him. We facetimed and it was like old times. he was blushing the whole time and kept calling me my nickname from high school, we were laughing and giggling and everything was good. He confessed he lied about being with someone he just didn't want to get sucked back in by me especially since I hurt him back in high school and he doesn't trust me or anyone because he doesn't feel he knows me anymore. So he said he didn't want to get strung along by me again. Told him I wasn't trying to string him along, I have genuine interest now.
Flip the next day he didn't answer my texts or email and when I called the phone went straight to voicemail. I was confused but left him alone.
Today he told me not to call him with a private number, mind you I have not called him for 2-3 days. I said so and informed I won't call you if you wish me not to. he called me right after I sent that text but couldn't answer at the moment. he sends me a text right after telling me not to call him anymore and that "he doesn't need this shit" and to have a nice life, thank you".
I am confused as hell. Any insights on this from Virgo guys or women or anyone who knows about Virgos. His b-day is Sep 7.
Is this the infamous Virgo pull away or push away or is this a serious F off? LOL
