Lately I've been going on my 10 mile bike ride, then I walk around the rest of the day though the mall, graveyard, and downtown playing pokemon go.
I've been trying a new method of dieting too. Instead of eating when I wake up I go straight to the bike ride. I'm hoping by going hungry and dealing with the fatigue feeling I'll burn more fat. If I was fit I'd have to eat before the ride however. Then once I'm done with 10 miles I go buy a salad from the grocery store and not only do I feel it taste amazing due to the hunger I feel, but I also fool myself into believing I'm full. Then I walk the rest of the day and eat a half of steak and a handful of peanuts when I get home.
I'm averaging about a 2 pound loss daily. The days I work I still try a 5 mile ride and walk around till 9 or so.
