Hmmm..difficult one...If my love meant that I had to lose a friend to gain it..then I would choose a friend..
I've been in a kind of similar situation..my pisces friend dated a scorpio guy..for 2 years, they were almost married but he suddenly split and left her without any warning whatsoever..I had met him previously on two occasions..both times she was with us. Whenever he phoned and I happened to be with her, he always wanted to speak to me..we just got on brilliantly, I could feel the chemistry and he was a lovely guy...when he split with her, I found out from his friend that he quite liked me and asked if we could meet for coffee..I knew where this would lead..whether it would've worked or not is beside the point..I refused coffee and any further contact from him..I was afraid of my feelings developing..As much as I would love to have taken it further...He did say to me once that he didn't find the Pisces girl strong/independent enough. He wanted someone to kick his ass into shape and she wasn't that person..although he loved her and cared for her..
