I said in that post that it happens to all of us on one level or another. Maybe not with online interactions but all throughout life, it happens. You always take a risk. Skype, snapchat, endless PMs and late night convos..it will still be a risk. But if you take it, have the grace to deal with yourself when it doesn't work out.
How you deal with it is a matter of character. He really isn't accomplishing anything so instead of rising above this petty bullshit, he makes a topic to stew in the drama.

If I were you I would cut contacts with him and run other directions. Good for you for keeping your boundaries, you can leave with your head high without worrying about being infected. Warn your friend about his herpes if she wants to get there.

Find a medium for the amount of sex a day, talk about it and hopefully compromise.
Scorp and I are pretty good with 3x day. Some people find it high other's low but it works for us. There are days he wants more or I want more, that's fine we go from there. The idea of him getting fwb/hooker is a red flag for the relationship. It will create bitterness, resentment, lack of trust and heartache plus it's not sexually safe. You don't know what he can bring to the bed sleeping with other women even while being protected. I wouldn't feel comfortable with it.
Recently we both got tested because we're ready to take it further between us, it creates trust and makes the sex much more appealing knowing we don't have anything going on in our parts.

I don't know, I've never been a relationship kind of person, never had a very good self-esteem and like my mental health has been fucked up for years and I don't know what I'm doing with my life right now. I'm so stupid and awkwardly/weird, why would anyone want to date me I just dont get it. I feel like I'm a mess and he deserves and could find someone so much better.
But yeah its also really hard for me to trust men. I've never had any guy be nice to me or just like and treat me as a person, I've had some bad experiences in the past and although I've accepted they happened and that it wasn't my fault they still clearly affect me. Even though he seems to be genuine and he's really nice and sweet part of me is terrified and constantly doubting everything he does/says. It doesn't matter what happens I'm always thinking "this is too good to be true", "this is temporary for him until he finds something better", "it's just sex to him", "he's not what he seems to be", "he's playing games" and "he doesnt like you, he never did"
More blunt than most Cancers, and I would imagine a tendency to get easily bored or to need to explore, both new places physically as well as intellectually. Attracted to people who may look good in a flashy way or artistic way. A need for self-expression in yourself as well. You may get a high out of people appreciating you for your own artistic talents.
