This is tough question, I've had both good/bad with many signs I dated but;
Worst: Cancer man
First serious relationship; he was Controlling, abusive, manipulative, irrational, emotionally out of control, cynical, and completely psycho.
I think that at the end of the day Cancer's are jealous of Aquarians ability to make so many friends and how they can be so non attached and comfortable in their own skin on some level. Its like they know they can have anything at anytime they want from people. Everything about them is so truly unique and special and their life fascinates me to the point where I can just never get enough. I don't want to smother them but I feel so traditional and boring that I want to stand out to them and I end up making an ass out of myself.
Cancer's is the opposite, alot of us just have a small group of friends but we would prefer a larger group as we feel like there is something inside us that needs to evolve by exposure to more people and ideas and Aquarius brings that. Many Cancer's fear is that we are truly expendable to people and we want to find ways so we can be ok with whatever relationship we have with people so we don't take things so personally. I knew a Pisces Man that was with an Aquarius Woman and they had some bad things happen in their personal life where they lost everything and had to get away from their families. They lived out of a motel for a year on the edge with little money and I could tell the Pisces Man was ashamed that he couldn't provide but it was like his Aquarius woman didn't care about all that. I say all this because I was with an Aries woman that was on my butt everyday;just constantly invading my bubble and making me feel like if I didn't live up to some expectation there would be hell to pay. I knew she wouldn't leave me as she as Aries are loyal, yet if I messed up financially she was going to make my life as hard as possible on a daily basis and force it on her terms and remind me of how I messed up certain situations or harping on my generosity towards other people. I knew it wasn't love even under the guise of loyalty. There were many times I was envious of my Pisces friend and his Aquarius woman. I would be thinking they were probably off playing cards and enjoying each other's company even having no money adding layers to their relationship through the process, Making the best of their situation. I was literally backed into a corner in mine and it made me realize at that point how your freedom to be yourself trumps anything in life. It made me realize at that time that my whole life had been a lie trying to live up to societal standards of how I should view a relationship.
