..just be around them...like a silent support if you are the type that cannot entertain/talk much.. they will value it more than you can imagine even if they look like a stone wall for days together.
Being light-hearted, not feeling burdened by their worries will help them.. because if they see their worrying is only causing you more worry, although it's how it is, they will feel more burden... because no one can remove worry from a Cap's mind :p ..we can make it forget.. they also realise what their worrying is like for people close to them, so seeing your sincere support will make them smile.. They're actually very simple to live with.

Hmm.. I get it, its like you cannot remove worry from Capricorn..
@bold -- its not true SMS, it appears so but it isn't so.. Their thinking goes like this no matter what or how you do in pacifying them, --- "yeah, but what about the problem at hand?" ?? ..they cannot be at peace until their worry is gone, and it only goes away when their issue is resolved - either in the practical sense or when they realise(after 14689963 years - they are last ones to give up) that there is nothing they cannot do anything about the issue...
If it's taxing on you, I'd say go about your life, be there as much as you can, but don't push yourself to the point where it drains you or makes your life also dull... As much as they love support, they love seeing their beloved being productive in their lives.. :-) it intact helps with their worry.. Are you guys close?? If you don't mind me asking, what's his issue/s?? Share only if you want :-)

I was supposed to be seeing a Leo sun Cap moon I have had history with years ago. But our plans fell through.
I ran into him at a bar a few weeks ago.
He seemed interested in getting together and initiated the idea of taking me on a date.
Then he stopped texting me.
I followed him on social media recently along with a few other people from high school and he didn't follow back.
I'm confused because we have history and he came across as being excited to catch up. He was attentive and sent lengthy responses.
The last thing we were talking about was the weather. He said he didn't think it would be too bad and I said let's hope it doesn't freezing rain. He never replied.
Any Caps have any idea on what happened?
Should just cold-shoulder him now if he reaches out? I was looking forward to getting together. And we have great conversations.
