My mom is Libra sun with 4 planets in Libra, and Capricorn rising like you. Definitely she is very devoted and does a lot for people she cares about, and showing appreciation is something I always try to do -- it doesn't need to be something big, just a few genuine words. That's a good thing to do with most people, of course, but I've noticed that she very much appreciates it compared to some people - she lights up.
Why would you want to make a Libra tick? She won't show unhappiness for the sake of everyone else. If you want to make her happy, let her know that she makes you happy. It's that simple.

1. To be able to see and speak to deceased loved ones in my dreams but ONLY when I need to/want to. Like, say I'm having a bad day but something happens that reminds me of someone I knew that's dead - well i'd like to be able to experience a moment with them again...a "new" one, not just re-live old memories.
2. To be taken care of financially for the rest of my life. I hate worrying and stressing about money, and seeing others stressed about it as well. If I had enough money and then some I could help out those who need it.
3. Happiness/Good Vibes. I love seeing people happy, and I love being happy. When you lead a positive life, positive things happen so a never ending cycle of good vibes would be kickass.
