90 degrees? that can cause hyperventilation especially if the atmosphere around you is warm and moist. For example when you are in a hot shower for too long and the steamy cloying atmosphere of the bathroom exhausts you, makes you breathe harder, rapidifies - palpitates the heart beat, makes you sweat.
