Definitely if your freind is in a hot cloying moist - hot and damp atmosphere that's going to make your Kym friend gag and vomit. Its something about the general atmosphere that can do this to some people I would imagine, something about the atmospheric and air conditions whether cold, dry, hot, moist, etc, I can't offer a professional opinion.
