Well as Stilgar points out the original meaning of the Fremen 'naib' is 'servant of the people'.
. We've known for a long-time what an L5 leader should do - otherwise why would Harun al-Rashid be famous for walking the streets of Baghdad ? But how to train leaders and inculcate that wisdom more frequently is an interesting problem.If anyone's interested one of the best examples of a Level 6 leader who pursued great goals but enlisted the active support of extremely strong and wilful subordinates is in 'Team of Rivals'.
Closer to home the military seems to do a better job these days by creating great leaders at all levels by emphasing the responsibilities and trusts required for coherence in stressful situations. Perhaps some lessona and techniques that could be adopted in the private sector ?

It isn't just having power that can turn people into assholes - wanting power in daily relations can, too. "The Exception" by Christian Jungersen describes this brilliantly - how people supposedly acting to do good can be horribly mean to eachother. I cannot recommend it enough for this description - even though the book later on turns into a action novel.

I am seeing that the difference between the Libra woman/man - Man, when not in love with a girl, they like things done when they are ready on their terms. Woman, they are a little nicer and might give a guy a chance or two to do things on their terms even when not in a serious relationship - you Libra girls can be a little more on the fair side when it comes to this... What say you Libra?

Libra, agree with you there... However, some of us girls appreciate someone meeting us a quarter of the way (not even half) sometimes, but I have dealt with enough Libras and have heard enough on this post to know that that is just their way, take it or leave it.

As they say.. When a Virgo touching your soul in an intimate and personal level, you won't be able to be the same person you were use to be..!
You don't know anything about Virgo men until you get involved with them personally and guess what..! not a single Virgo men acts as the same..!

It makes me sad that we cause so much frustration.
