The doc wants to get paid. He can boost his testosterone's level by laying off beef, bread and unhealthy snacks. He can eat acid heavy fruit and citrus heavy fruit to boost his bcaas which produces arginine which will open up the veins more and allow more oxygen.
Lean meat, alot of nuts and seeds will boost his testosterone along with a moderate twice a week workout. That will boost it alot.

Seeing my family die painfully in front of me, pets included, I wouldn't know how to process it I'd probably pass out and then I'd probably consider killing my self to deal with the pain but I don't have it in me so I end up living my life as a traumatised Homless person who can't get his shit together.
