All good points. I just sometimes see that I do not stress enough on people to realise what's wrong. Surely as passion fruit has said, maybe it's me or we who benefit in the end. But they tend to ignore what I said when I say it in civilised tone. It seems like a waste of time.
However, when I call them fools, something really changes. Even though if they not want to at the beginning, they realise it benefit at the end, which also means my own benefit.

Perhaps, if he had the impression that you loved Valentine's Day, he might not be too broke.
My partner and I were going to go to the casino, but, things didn't work out that way. Instead, we'll do the usual .. sit at home and watch TV.

Yep you've that right more or less. Maybe cos they still want to be in touch but not on the same intensity as the other party. Or maybe they don't want to upset the other person by making a clean break.

the august one are more laid back ,have sense of great humour .....I have 3 very good friends who are also Aug virgos and we have ourselves in stitches ...great people always so caring same for me

Thank you my lovelies ....I'll be ok and yup I know he'll try to drag me back in again next week (it goes in fortnightly cycles)....just have to find a way to avoid him but texts are hard to avoid coz they sit there looking at you and I hate being rude.
Archer you could be right....and aquabrat also suggested the same.....I've got nothing to lose if Im letting go anyway. My plan?? just that...let him know why I can't continue (in a nice way of course coz I don't want to upset him and I know it would upset him to see or hear me upset - this I do know). I know he'll probably try to talk his way out of me walking away and it might even work, who knows and maybe it might give him the kick up the butt to realise there might have been something worth keeping, but probably not hahahaha...Im prepared for the worst either way Now just to be able to look into those eyes and tell him all I need to - THAT'S the hard part - those damned eyes!!! and that smile that melts me every freaking time!!

Oh and the most pathetic part??? last night (Valentine's Day) he went to see his daughter as per every Wednesday night, and then came home and went to his chat sites for a while and stayed home alone - what on earth is in that I just do not know!!!! He only ever sees me every fortnight but its just all so odd. I know had I sent a text he'd have replied but its always me who instigates...that's certainly not a balanced r/ship *shrugs*
