Exactly. He assigned his pagan holidays to Christian figures not necessarily to facilitate the transition but also to not part from his original beliefs. It's hard to part from what one believes in. This is why religion resorts to cultural tradition being carried forward rather than what the actual religious belief is.

I don't think politics is as simple as ignorant and aware individuals voting candidate of choice or even that transparent.

It isn't as simple. Democracy is hacked, it's a fact. However, it is not 100% hacked and the control is way more subtle and chancy.

And lizard-related cobspiracies, stanic symbols and demonic influence, aliens walking besides us are just some theories that can only provoke laughter on my part.
Democracy is a sham to pacify the naive. Politics is much bigger than what we see or made to see. I don't believe in aliens, but satanic art is there. To each their own.

Nope, democracy is a philosophical social theory invented thousands of years ago in order to create the perfect society, or at least a better society. A goal most of us have withour being illuminati.

It is imperfect, as are all other social theories to this day but the path to perfection is progressive and evolutionary.

There will always be people with hidden agenda, some of them will have the necessary resources to influence bigger decisions and more people. But we also have power and a total control is as impossible as is a perfect democratic state.

It's way easier to put the blame for our problems to some hidden forces tho. Makes us feel less respinsible.

Exactly. It's a political social theory that we aim to implement. The theory isn't being critiqued. It's the elites that run the show that's being criticized. It's just natural that the more powerful you become, the more corrupt you are. Why are most politicians corrupt and guilty of some wrongdoing? You think these individuals will give fair rights to people? LOL. As if they alone control that. It's a group of wretched and corrupt individuals (the secret society) that does control it. They are war mongers and they couldn't care less for the well being of the downtrodden, let alone middle class. They have dumbed down the nation for their own successful rule. It's easier to rule over people who don't question things rather than ones who do.
