Hi. You'll have to understand that when it's time to go to work; well, it's time to go to work. I don't like to chit chat 24/7; and when it's the weekend, then yeah, I can do that since I don't work on weekends. I don't work Federal holidays so if I'm conversing with a guy and he works, I respect that. In other words, he's working, so I won't bother him at work. Allow him to get in touch with you. You haven't done anything wrong.
Is he a Cappy? I dated a Cappy man that had VERY similar qualifications as yours has. We had no sex for three months, no contact, he wouldn't text/call/e-mail me, etc, as he was working and going to night school. I had enough and we are now FB "friends".cyber hugs!

I was in an emotionally abusive relationship when I was a teenager so I'm sensitive to that and recognised she is a giver (nothing wrong with that) if she takes the advice then great but remember there are thousands of lurkers (I used to lurk this forum and got some valuable insight) reading so even if my advice is ignored by the OP someone else may relate and I thought that was the benefit of a public discussion.

Does your sun sign have any importance in your appearance and personality? My chart is too contradicting.....Scorpio sun but a pisces rising. Instead of getting the perks of being a Scorpio I get pisces being not that attractive, overly sensitive, and scatterbrain. If someone is a Scorpio but with a pisces rising, would they be stunningly handsome/beautiful or just plain?

I would say it would have to be a placement related to sun, Mars, or Pluto, since those deal with power. So, probably a fire sun or Mars would stand out as obviously on fire, if they are self-actualized. For Pluto it would be Pluto in first, 8th, Scorpio or conjunct sun or Mars.
