Why she was triggered is up for debate, and my guess is she didn't approve of the couple kissing - not necessarily the act of kissing itself. She had a lot of anger and hate behind all of her words, and she was mostly directing it at the girl. That is my guess: she's infuriated at their relationship because she doesn't approve of the coupling. It's not unlike my experience when a "disapproving" woman kept giving a gay couple dirty looks because they were holding hands.
Regardless, people need to mind their own business and keep their hate to themselves so they can implode and leave everyone else be.
Regarding sexual harassment- during the seminar I went to, they spoke about how if two people are making inappropriate jokes, even if it doesn't involve the "victim," he or she can still request they stop or it can be constituted as sexual harassment. So, for fun, I will have to look into whether or not the Nut Case in this video holds any ground by claiming that a couple kissing is harassment because she's "uncomfortable."
The restaurant staff should be trained much better than that on how to handle crazy.
