Before the internet you had to go through the mainstream media, TV , radio and all those regulated places. You couldn't be famous without their permission basically...
Nowadays those TV channels and radios are slowly dying. I mean, we have MUCH more options ( socials medias / YouTube / instagram / Snapchat ). The internet basically is much more open and not really regulated.
Everyone is famous nowadays. The # of famous people is very high. Everyone wants to sing or rap...
and its pretty easy to do it...
Acting is harder. You still have to audition and all that stuff...
You have lots of famous people on Instagram living their life. They don't really work..
Take those models by example.. They take sexy pics on the beach and add that shit to their profile.
They advertise tea product or white teeth ads on their profile... That's how they go through life.
This is how they make money! You couldnt do this in 1800! lol
Everything goes viral. Some really silly stuff.
You can be famous with a meme.
The internet is THE place.

I'm very intuitive, but I also have dreams that predict people's pregnancies. So far I've predicted 8 of my close friends and family. Most recently, I predicted my partners step Daughter's pregnancy.
Luckily for me I've always been surrounded by people that are also aware. So I've never had a problem being open about it.
