Hey guys, I figure I make this thread since there are quite of few people here who actually lift as a consistent activity.

I figure we post goals, recovery, tips, stories, and resources. Anything prevalent or interesting or even an update.

For me:

Current stage: Recovery from double hernia surgery

Age: 22

Current Weight: 249 Lbs: 18% bodyfat

Target Weight: 200 Lbs lean - 9-11% bodyfat

Bench: 275

Squat: 305

Deadlift: 355

If you aren't cool posting pics, that's cool, I think I'll probably post mine if it's relevant.

Current Dietary style : Keto/Carb-backloading - (60% Fat, 30% protein, 10% carb)

Current stage: Cutting it seems, getting that summer body ready...

Age: 30-31

Current Weight: 179 Lbs (need to calculate current body fat)

Target Weight: Eh, 170-175 Lbs lean - 12-15% bodyfat

Bench: 265

Squat: 335

Deadlift: 415

My gym schedule has been off with work unfortunately. This whole slimming down thing always makes me sad because my lifts stagnate. Oh well, just have to take the ego out of my lifts.

Current Dietary style : IF all of the way. Intermittent Fasting is something I'd recommend to most people.
Nice, well atleast its not that far off.

Yeah I'm on track, I just need to buckle down and crank out a solid weekly regimen.
