I need to feel what you feel, inner harmony. Different people asking for different things from me, time, space, thoughts, money. I heard diving deep into isolation is dangerous though.

I feel, there's isolation and then there's solitude. I guess the best thing you can do to inch towards it is be truthful to yourself and to those who are asking the energy from you. If you can't just say you can't. If they leave then really they aren't worth it. At the end of the day if you can't be right internally you can't ever help others and give to the world with all of your potential. I like going into solitude, put my phone on silent, take a hiatus from social media. Do what i have to do. Then resurface when i feel like i can give.

Take care of myself before I take care of others, right? What if I run into someone that I have to see let's say at work who doesn't like my focused attitude and gives back handed compliments, how should I handle that? Because that's a situation that I will have to face sooner than later.

In addition, what do you think about eating food by yourself in public?

As sad as that might be, I might have to resort to that. Unless I go full blown religious and invite someone homeless...but sane, to join me.

When I see a person eating by themselves at restaurants I think "that makes me sad"

It's a sad situation. Or am I caring too much? Idk

I eat alone from time to time! *shrug* no one really looks funny at me, or I just don't notice. I bring crosswords, a book to read, my phone or tablet..

Same here. But I only really enjoy it at a cafe that has a good view. Like a veranda seat where you can look at the whole street.

You can't just come out and say your role to people and then you have those snotty civilian roles.....if you have one of those you have to be super duper careful because people are vultures.
