Somethings may be easier to get into, than they are to get out of.
Eat good food, workout, get smart, get motivated. If you don't have gym membership watch online videos on how to get fit (push ups, crunches, pull up bar, punching bag, sit ups,squats). Work on your breathing. Appreciate the small things (trees/sky/whatever). Honestly i don't believe you are mentally or physically strong enough to fuck with that demon shit.
