To some degree, expectations are the bane of healthy relationships, within reason...
However, IF he is not meeting your expectations at that point IMO the solution is to leave the relationship and seek another, if that is what you desire- IF you have discussed these issues and no reasonable changes are forthcoming.
Communication is of course, the key to dissolving and resolving mismatched dating priorities.
As an aside, a gentleman will most likely have all these bases covered without your having to voice them.
If he is young or inexperienced a lack of basic manners is still no excuse, and probably the bare minimum expectation.
