Why relate Being mature with being depressed?
I know it isn't the question but in adulthood we should all be Happily mature while never forgetting your inner child.
There are many mature activities that will make you feel as happy as when you were a child, I think that will beat the depression.
The problem is that people think that becoming mature means becoming boring. Childhood is to be lived during your early years, there is a reason why we mature.
Honestly, I don't like people who act like children in situations that should be approached maturely.
