I've wanted to go there pretty much since I saw Braveheart.. very mystical and romantic. Very historically interesting place too and i've always been into history. Where I live now.. there's little history as it was all built not too long ago. In Scotland, there are many places hundreds of years old and even older. Scotland is also one of the primary countries with which my sign is associated - so that might explain why i'm fascinted by it.
Yes i'm Russian and where i'm from, it was horribly cold (-40 celsius) in the winter. But i'd take the cold over intense heat any day. I've always thought the Irish and Scottish were similar to Russians in that they stick together in large families and enjoy sitting behind a table, eating and of course getting really drunk..
