alkaline water, scam or helpful?

The whole pH balance for inflammation/cancer thing stems from one study that showed that cancer cells couldn't live in an alkaline environment in vitro.

But in vitro is not in situ. In vitro, you can kill cancer cells with all kinds of things. Salt, bleach, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc. You wouldn't in a million years inject that shit into people in high enough doses to kill cancer cells.

The level of alkalinity needed to kill the cancer cells would cause a great deal of damage to an actual living person since it's outside the range our body needs to function.
Yes they do. It's called chemo haha.

But yeah, I lol anytime I see all this "remedy" bullshit touted by anyone who knows fuck all about basic physiology. People are just so arrogant that they think they have to go and do all this shit for their body when the body works in homeostasis. The only time any of this needs help is because there is something obviously wrong somewhere in the body, and then, fairy water isn't going to fix it.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies, moderate carbs, limit bad fats, keep relatively active, and pray your genes aren't assholes.

Chemotherapy is not safe.

A derivative of mustard gas.

It is the reason people die,

not the cancer itself.
