I'm an Aries and was married to a Taurus for many years. Our personalities clashed after time, we definitely see the world much different.
I have 2 kids, a Gem (magical cusp) daughter and a 2nd Decan Leo son.
They wouldn't trade me for any of their friends moms. Lol
My daughter is my air and grounder, and we have a fantastic relationship. I'm very about my kids and making sure they are ok and have everything they need. I go out of my way to be very open with them on every subject and always make sure they know they are loved every day. When they were younger I drove them to school every day and picked them up even though they had a bus. I did it to make sure they were safe. My thought has always been Aries were born to be mothers, they see the world through the eyes of a child and are extremely excepting of life's ups and downs. Yes we can be very emotional, Taurus sometimes doesn't understand our level of empathy. My Leo and I are a lot a like. If the fire is flaming for both of us, we can clash. But at the same time we get each other and why we do what we do. So the balance is there. I was gifted with my two favorite signs for kids.
