I had the same relationship a few years back. I always acted like her bf but was just a friend and she responded mostly like a gf but again we were just friends. But she was an Aqua so the line between friendship and love is a bit blurred there :-p. If you don't approach he will be forever your friend only acting like a bf.

I actually agree with you on the inequalities, and I get the problematic which dates from centuries and centuries back. Women were put in a submissive role simply because the men "knew" women are more capable than give credit for and overall "stronger" than men. There are physical proves of that, so it's a known fact. Having periods (cleaning and strenghtening the blood) is one of them, but there are many others.
Therefore, I understand the anger, many times I got angry on the injustice between the roles (double standards in many things, lower pay, etc..) but too much anger and rage won't solve any problem. Fight like a woman, with style and common sense, not like some lumberjack gone crazy deserting the whole woods with his axe.
Freedom in this, freedom in that, and you see normal women dressing and behaving like sluts...because they feel free to do what they want.
Well, if you are free to behave stupidly, like an idiot, it doesn't mean you have to do it.
Men are puzzled by this behaviour, and either accept the submissive role in a relationship or turn to other men.
The transition from no power to I want it all is happening fast, and both genders are confused as how to react to it.
The only difference is that most women behave like a dog who's finally got rid of the leash, and men are seeing a pit bull in every dog that's let loose.

I hope this finds you well. I'm back again. There is one dude that i liked from distance, like I could have seen a future with him, but he told something very sad last night. He told me that I am too nice and that if got with somebody that will most likely will get cheated on because i'm nice and forgiven.
As a Pisces women are we in love with love?! I do want a marriage and love. And since my divorce and separation I been missing companionship. I am not looking for marriage at this time so I thought getting a sexmate would be better. It turns out no it wasn't better. Once I meet the person if I don't feel that something I can't become intimate. Hence no action-- nothing for over a year.
Another problem... I am afraid to talk to people. I met one guy this past week and we spoke briefly and I kicked myself for not trying to get a number to talk later. He seemed nice, but I don't know if I will ever see him again.

I still eat like a clean beast (100% organic and non-gmo with zero trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial junk, bad vegetable oils, etc.). This is a test of patience and also a realization that I pushed myself too far before, but if I can get back to the gym one day, I will be ready to unleash.
You can do it! I am terrified mine will be hitting at the end of this year. My natal Saturn squares my Mars as well so it will be interesting to see what happens when the transit actually hits. Have you tried focusing on other things that will get you ahead in powerlifting ? Maybe try a gentler form of strength training like yoga to put your body in balance. Would be a lot easier on your shoulders
