Sorry but she just sounds like a spoilt brat. I've been around controlling people (I've certainly have traits) and they are straight and direct. They are the bossy boots kind of peoole who always know best and generally get their way because they tend to speak with authority so you think they know best but in reality you've just been hoodwinked.
The fact she went around to individuals is very sly and manipulative. Yes I know that in itself is being controlling in a passive manner but I don't like her style . Why is she being sly and did she speak with you privately about the project too?
