It depends on the Scorpio and their maturity level. I've watched Scorpios go back to the same toxic relationship over and over again, much to their own detriment. Likewise I've seen Scorpios completely cut ties after a break up.
What I've noticed is that a relationship that ends in anger/intensity isn't unsalvageable for a Scorpio (regardless of what they say in the moment), while a relationship that ends because of a betrayal is dead forever. A relationship that ended out of intense anger can potentially be revived through intense desire.

Yeah possibly your libra weighing up and down can see it quite clearly. We're quite systematic once you've worked it out.
I have a lot of libras in my life and they are harder to work out. Their inner turmoil is not predictable but I can feel it but never sure when they will implode or when the scales about to topple over haha ?
