I think it will be a good thing. Seems like Jup in Virgo wasn't that great, Jup in Libra was a little better and this will be even better.

You'll have to decide if it's a risk you want to take, I only advice that you let people know where you're going and buy a ticket for a return flight so your friends/family know when to expect you to return. Also, ideally, have people you know and trust who live in the same area as the guy if you do go. He's trying to dazzle you with his wealth for the most part, it's not a 'leo' thing it's a wealthy thing.
I wouldn't go meet him unless you have friends/family in that area to stay with who can also make sure you're okay during your stay there. The one way ticket thing is shady imo and even well known public figures get away with fucked up criminal shit so.
At the same time, something one of my friends reminded me of when i asked her what to do, was when one of our girlfriends found her husband on a dating site. She packed up all her kids and went to his country and married him! They only ever talked online for two months! Been married for 7 years now. This wasnt a dating site it was through my business bit anyway. Its very odd either way i feel. But i do know that a lot of entrepreneurs do live their lives tht way. By impulse i mean.
