These things have always happened.
We just didn't have a 24 hour news cycle and the real time communication capability we have today.
I gotta disagree. Just in my area alone we have had weather events that rarely occur. 4 separate tornadoes touched down in one month. Maybe we see one every few years and they rarely touch down.
The city next to me had a 100 year flood. Nobody had flood insurance because it's not in a flood zone.
They were not devastating like what we see on the news but there was quite a bit of damage.
that time, we got Katrina and only some people
were affected by Matthew.
So I'm also wondering etc.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to write a final shout to this crowd. Thanks for your feedbacks. I think i got the answer i was looking for and in a way this forum is giving me a closure. SO, thanks! That's big.
I came in here to try to fish out a positive response like "yeah, he is libra, he will be back".
But the truth of the matter is that 3 weeks of pining and waiting grounded is NO WAY to live one's life. Also, everyone unanemously basically told me that this is done, he is not coming back. Dunzo.
As painful as it may have been to hear people chorusing the same thing, it is getting solidified in my head that "no, he is not coming". So, i am just one step closer to getting over him. Sometimes when we are so wrapped up in our emotions, it is hard to see the obvious.
I am heading to the scorpio board now and willl feed those folks some pearls of wisdom and share the knowledge of scorpios and my experiences. SO, thanks!

I think for a scorp LOYALTY is more important than "crazy pants" stuff you did. SO, i would not completely write him off yet.
I think that scorpion men and women have a hard time getting closure if they are being dumped. From your post it sounds like you have been jerking him around, so he may not have had the full closure on the break up. If he is responding, that's a great sign, even if it is sparse. Sometimes scorps manipulate back and let you get the taste of your own medicine, so to speak.
Where to go next??? there is one powerful technique remedy. Write him a powerful letter, make sure you are genuine, apologetic (not too excessive) and VULNERABLE. Make sure it is genuine.
I would go that route instead of just talking to him in person in circles. Let your thoughts, intentions soak in. For scorpios, when they LOVE you deeply, the form of communication (e-mail, letter or in person) can have the SAME power. Make sure you don't manipulate because scorps are ahead of you in that department. If they smell even a faint manipulation or lack of genuine intention, they will cut you lose and sting.
So, i am saying, write him up a genuine letter and let him make his decision. Keep your contact, do not manipulate going with NC.
NC only works if you didn't treetrunked. Then that's powerful. If scorps know they are "in the right", then any sense of manipulation will back fire.
So, in summary, not all is lost and the fact that he is responding is a good sign. When scorps stop talking, then that's a done deal..
Guess it makes them quiet... oh, well
