I think most people are completely genuine on here. The anonymous factor is a big part of that. Social media is a joke on Facebook or twitter. I don’t keep up with all the rest.
Here people say what they want to say. Actually, need to say. It’s refeshing. Sometimes turns toxic but I think the majority of everyone here is honest. There’s a lot of people here that give such good advice.
It’s a journal online in a way. Speak your mind and then let others critique it. And deep down they’re usually trying to help.

My gut tells me that our success lies in a slow burn. But long distance makes it even slower
in our case, if he doesn't want a relationship then who cares if we're in an ldr
but why do you think I should let him go? Because he won't give me a committment right now? I don't need a committment. I would like some sincerity and honesty so I can make good decisions for myself. He said that he doesn't want to be with anyone right now. so I guess that answers my question. I'm just confused because why tell me that you have feelings and care about me and in the next breath say that i'm an adult and that he wouldn't hold me back.
