Ha ha, I know how you feel. I don't feel insecure with him...just puzzled probably He acts like he's in love and then says we're "friends". It's just not what I am used to.

The only way to get a firm ass is by building muscle and muscle leads to a smaller / flatter ass.
A former friend of mine told me recently how her ex boyfriend recently told her that he misses her old ass...she she is the fittest she's every been.

while she has a flatter stomach and her arms are super toned

Now shes going through all his history and emails and sm and shit as we speak, and i am so stressed out i ate a whole lindt 90% dark chocolate bar in like 4 minutes, and i legit feel like im going to barf.
I am now 100% convinced he is cheating cause he changed his passwords. I think im getting a fever im so distraught

How do you know he didn't read an article about how to get promoted or the benefits of physical health and that is what prompted his change in behavior?
