I honestly don't know how to define it.
Given the context and how I've heard it used, it seems to be defined solely by the person throwing out the insult based on the boundaries they've set for themselves.

I think he just lost interest once he got what he wanted and pulled back. But it's just weird how things played out last night. He walked in with such...intent lol but nothing *shrug*

The only way to know whats up is if you send a random "Whats up stranger, didn't realize I would see you at the class" text or something open ended. Honestly, I’m still fond of him, and stopping communication with him was a though choice to make. Maybe because he is a sag, and I’m a sagicorn, but he was one of few men I’ve met that just knew the right balance of...everything? Lol I just don’t want to be rejected either, and once I sensed from the decrease in communication he was losing interest, I cut it off to save face.

Whoops, I think I should have been more specific. We have known each other for two years, but only as trainer and trainee, and casual friends. Our gym is a HIIT gym, so we only have classes vs a traditional gym like LA fitness or something. So we were friends and knew each other/talked, but we weren't super close until last year.
I wish I could be like you! I have an IDGAF attitude with everything except men lol I do care about coming across clingy or like I care. AKA I'm basically stubborn AF. I fall into the camp of if he wants to talk he will say something. I guess I was hoping last night was him saying, hey I wanna talk, but he let me leave without saying anything, so perhaps he was there out of coincidence after allclick to expand
But the 2 of you doing this dance without clear communication is pointless. Sag guys are pretty straightforward if you just ask. You are stubborn and don't want to and Both your sign and our don't like feeling clingy. You disengaged contact first. So I'm not sure why you don't want to just pick up and shoot him a hello. You didn't respond to the last message he sent. Why would he keep trying?
