Children are impressionable, moreso with teachers. Set a good example and make them learn good things, not how to get by with just currying favour. It's normal to favour students based on certain credit but when looks are involved it gets tricky. Raise your standards for them especially if you do think they are good. It's a good mediating measure.

If an entire class has managed to notice your... affections, perhaps you should give serious consideration to how appropriate your behavior may or may not be. Jealous students are one matter. As a teacher and authority figure your responsibility to act with the proper decorum is another matter entirely.

Thanks guys. It all started when the pretty lesbian made a very good recitation that was followed by a poor recitation made by the guy who keeps on volunteering for recit. I don't understand them. The girl's recitation was correct. Anyway, maybe I should stop calling these two girls for recitation but every odd time I call them, they just do splendidly, to my surprise. I think the hyperactive guy gets jealous because he doesnt get as much recognition but what can I do, he's not giving me good performance.
Lol well if the hyperactive guy can't do as well with reciting he just needs direction. Idk bunny it just sounds really naughty that you think the two girls you might have a heart warming liking to are your top students in the class. Just make sure you somehow give the hyperactive guy some positive attention too i.e to be more like the top two girls in the class ;p

You should favor the students that perform poorly, that's your job to lift them up, not to play the sweetheart to girl students. As someone already said, if you're starting to become laughing matter, you should think hard about your behaviour.
Also grow the fuck up, all your bs threads don't leave me a good impression about your teaching skills.

Lmao. I followed your advice, guys... but the lesbian chick got so jealous, she came up to me and asked why she wasn't called. I wanted to tell her, I 'm trying proper class decorum but then again, of course, that wouldn't be a good answer. I will call her next time though and see what happens. The hyperactive guy was so happy when he finally gets some recognition. I feel better now but of course I still need to understand this class...
