fantasy + reality (is it possible simultaneously?)

hey.. just out of curiosity, if a Pisces is having a man in her fantasy world, would she tell him or somehow would she let him know?? and if that man becomes in both reality and dream (if its possible!!) would she start another fantasy now that he's in reality??
