I am trying to just be friends with him now. I need the space for myself...not fall back into the same patterns.

I wasn't trying to push him into one, just wanted to make sure I wasn't headed into something that could never progress.

Not lame at all. I just recently started talking to my ex again. I was doing the same thing...ignoring him, lol. He wouldn't let up so I just said to hell with it & called him because I do miss him, plus I wanted to know what he wanted as well but I didn't ask yet.
I plan on asking him the same question "what do you want from me"...& his response may be the same! Hahahaha, men. *rolls eyes* I feel your pain!

We hung out the other day and it was fine ...actually talked about things. Turns out he isn't against a relationship. He just knows a lot of people expect a lot from him and he knows that it would take a lot of work that he isn't ready to add to his load at the moment. We are still friends but it seems like his demeanor towards me has become sweeter And more open. he even asked my opinion on furniture that he wants to buy.

I've done some research on our charts & we have some very strong synastry connections. I've read that one of the top 5 strongest connections were Sun conjunct Descendent. We have that connection along with 2 south node connections in the Moon & Mars. Sheeeeesh...
I hung out with mine also & it went pretty ok. He's depressed because he has alot going on & we talked about it, along with some other personal info. We hugged, held hands, friendly kissed...no french fries

, & that was it. I'm not pursuing anything with him or jumping into anything. If I hear from him great, if not, tooda loo! I will K.I.M. I have no time for fuckery.

At least you have the patience to go with the flow lol. Patience is something I have really been learning from the Virgo, even just in friendship.

Yes, you can go to a website called astrolada.com & go to birth charts to find out what your Rahu & Ketu are. North & South nodes. Conjunctions are the strongest connections in synastry & so are opposites. I've read the ones that are not so strong are sextile & trine. Square is just, well square

. That's what I've read. I'm still researching it because it's pretty interesting to me. Before I came to DXP I was just a Virgo, hahaha. Come to find out I'm not your average Joe.
Uh no. I have no patience. I have been with other people, but I've just always loved him. Right now I'm not dating anyone because I'm trying to better myself & focus more on myself. With him I just go with whatever I feel is right for me to do regarding our situation. I'm ok with being friends with him again, but I'm not rushing or pushing for anything.
