For the sake of this post, assume the following is accurate,

I'm a good looking guy

Great job, basically my own boss

Well travelled

Very laid back

Early 30's

Have no problem finding women to date

The problem is I'm just not genuinely interested many girls. What some people call too picky

The real problem is, once I find a girl I really like, they run away after about a month or 2. They just stop texting me

On the other hand, when I'm not interested they end up throwing themselves at me! Which of course makes it worse

people are always saying, oh I can't believe your not married, which is annoying as fuck

So I'm wondering, do I have to work 10 fold to prove I'm not just looking for easy lays?

Am I just boring as fuck?

Do they just stop responding to calls and messages? Or they tell you they're not interested

Goes from texting straight away, to not texting back for a day or two, or just generally vague answers

You can normally pick up the vibe pretty quickly

And if I don't text first, they won't

A lot of women are taught to NOT initiate contact because guys might lose interest or ignore them

So if you're always initiating contact--don't worry too much about that

But since it takes them too long to respond--then you're right, they've lost interest.

And it's something that happens. Either the convo lost emotional momentum or she met someone else

So all I can say is: always be in your masculine energy (active energy) don't be overly accommodating or trying to please the other person. Be the leader. You push it all forward.

So if you're always initiating contact but she responds in a reasonable amount of time then you're good.

Be direct and straightforward. If she challenges you or something then call her out on it in a respectful adult way.

As long as you are respectable and not bitchy, you're good.

And you should eventually find someone because if she's not responding you need to move on and continue dating.

Like I said, we don't text first because the guy automatically labels us as clingy and ignores us for a week

I'll try to condense the story.

We met on tinder. Talk for a bit. Met and hungout at his house. Nothing physical. Then texted for another week but he didn't ask to do something again.

Then a week no contact and began this pattern of me contacting him and finding ways of inviting myself over etc.

Saw him 4 times. The 4th time we had sex. This was April. Then he ignored me for a week. I was upset

And I basically wrote to him how i feel about him. And he told me he was confused right now and didn't want a relationship.

So no contact for 3 months.

I texted him Thursday how he's doing and he said that we should catch up sometime soon so we hungout the next day and had sex.

He knows how i feel about him so...

And I'm not planning on contacting him soon

What sticks out to me, is if someone, of any gender, says they are confused or 'not ready for a relationship'

Then it's just a big cop out. They just don't want anything committed with that person. They come off as arseholes, but I think they are just trying to let the other person down easy.

I know that.

If he says he's confused about me then it's because he knows he doesn't want to be with me.

The thing that bugs me is I wish I knew why. What did I do? I think we're pretty compatible with eachother.

How is it possible for guys to have sex with someone they're not interested in?

Why do you think men watch porn, have ons with women they don't know or go to hookers? The easiest way to explain it is that we just get turned on easily sexually.

But generally speaking, most Libras I've come across don't mind companionship, meaning they're up for hanging out & socialising, but they aren't emotionally intense & if anything they like to keep things light hearted. You're probably right that you're going on too strong at her & she's probably not sure if she wants the same thing as you. Libras can get very indecisive when it comes to making choices. Are you still getting at your Libra interest? Does she stop contacting you already?

She went on holidays for a month. Gets back in a couple days

I think the whole thing has cooled considerably

Will probably catch her again when she gets back

So you're not over her yet the fact that you're quite clear of her whereabouts 🙂 I don't supposed you will let this go easily unless you found a point of contention with her. What about her that you're attracted to? What is it you expect out of this & out of her?

Well she had the trip planned before we met. She is back in a couple of days

But I really like her. Seems we see life the same way. Similar values. Similar experiences

She doesn't take life too serious. At least on the outside

And she is cute as hell

And funny 🙂

Had to really slow my heart rate down and keep is casual

Also forgot to mention there is 3 hours distance between us which complicates things
