Besides, if they're being too playful, chances are they don't like you.

Assuming he's not a bluff (which is something only you can establish), when his mind is distant he won't be inclined to text you. But that has nothing to do with having no desire to text you but more to do with feeling the need to stay true to themselves and their free-spirited nature. We like to give it all, so texting is rarely an option when we realize we cannot dedicate ourselves fully to you.
Basically, if I'm 70% behind that text it's not the real me you're talking to.

As a rule of thumb, while dealing with a Sag mooner, I shall advise you to be bold cuz people that are up-front turn us on and we can't resist them. The less talking more action is an approach we like; and albeit my Pisces/Aqua bits love subtlety and long conversations too, I stil prefer them to be over the phone or even better in person. I won't be talking about my life over a text, that's for sure.
So avoid texting "what are you doing?" cuz it's meaningless and boring, he won’t answer. Tease often as to make sure his moon will get reactive: he'll be more inclined to chase you, which ultimately is what you want. Also be proactive, tell and don't ask; "I want to do this on sunday" and not "I just wanted to let you to know that I'm free on Sunday. Keep me posted". The latter is too vague and lacks punch.
Respect his freedom but cut the crap if he’s been inconsistent. Not being clingy (so not texting much) is something, not answering your phone for 3 days (when dating) is something else: it shall not be accepted cuz it’s just rude – this should be considered by anyone a red flag regardless.
When you’re texting a Virgo sun/Sag moon, unless you’re in an established relationship already then it’s different cuz they’d be more hooked and willing to reply, just take for granted that the tactic “I won’t text him until he texts me” doesn’t work because they’re oblivious. I took your advice and I have texted him that I would like to meet up this weekend and gave two options what I would love to do. Waiting on a response. I have cheated in the past not anymore
I would only cheat if i were to feel restricted in my ways since i am a very free person also have my moon and ascendant both in Sagittarius in the 1th house i used to get tempted and keep men on a leash for self preservation and pleasure/power i would only do it in extreme cases but i like to prefend those.
When i am happy i am loyal also in bad times unless things have been downhill for a long long time.
It used to calm me down and reconsider things i would regret it but instead i would see it as a medicine preventing myself from going completely crazy.
I also never liked to be emotional attached because once i am attached i can get caught up in love and lose myself completely. Since i'm a flirter open book and very social i start to become a stuck up person at one point where i forget my own needs and do everything to please my partner to the point where i stop doing the things i used to do because i don't want to hurt the person i love.
But in the end that makes me run away in another man his arms.
But when i love and i am emotionally attached i love very deeply and i can't cheat i do have the tendency to message people when i am angry in the heat of the moment but i always keep things hidden and i never go overboard. I try to bury that side of me i try to be better and not be the person i used to be it can be difficult at times but i have alot of patience in a relationshipclick to expand

why are labeled as cheaters?
is it because we are free spirited? we do with makes us happen and hello, sex makes people happy.
is it because we don't take the "sleep around" insults personally because we don't care? I do what I want.
is it because we are non committal type so we can "sleep around" without feeling locked down.
because we are also very thoughtful people, we are honest without any malleus and all though we do what we want you never want to intentionally hurt anyone. and I think we have enough balls to tell someone we are over it then just go out and cheat. (speaking on most, all signs cheat but why are we the biggest cheaters)
is it because we get bored in relationships that aren't evolving with us and usually leave the relationship easily? or because we are interested in being non-committal.
is it because we flirt? I mean who doesn't though. To be flirty is fun, and to be flirty because we are bored with our relationship are 2 different things. and if we are bored and getting our flirt on, we might get the attention or land our attention on someone new. but I usually break up with my current in order to pursue my new. and thats were my "I don't want to intentionally hurt you, im just doing what I want for me" conversation comes in.

anyone can cheat. Im a sag moon. I have cheated, yes. So did my cancer moon ex. So is the love of my life (lib moon).... EVERYONE CHEATS.. very few don't. Now are we talking every time? Because for me it was very situational. With the right communication, and the right open mined person to match me and my open minded ness regarding relationships. Than I don't see a reason to cheat. I had an extremely closed communications relationship with my ex. It was terrible. And I promised to NEVER commit to anyone again if communication didn't exist. Than THAT leaves room for cheating. Because cheating is all relative, isn't it? My ex thought flirting was cheating. Now ain't that some shit? But it was relative to her. And had we pre discussed some things some situations could have been avoided. On BOTH our ends.

I think you should actually use that Aries Venus of yours and rather than be pushy, just say what you want and if he doesn't deliver, cut him loose with no regrets!
