Like Aqua last night.... 9 voice mails, 20-30 text messages and stalking last night. He had close to two years to get real with me. Two Years.... ?? Shut the fucking door already. There are too many Men that will TAKE (advantage) rather than realizing it's goodness and then are confused when it's gone.
For all of them there is POF/Zoosk/Match/ etc.... have fun with that.
My rant for the day. Smug

See? Now this has the same tone as the OP. The only reason why 9 voicemails, and 20-30 text messages arrived last night was because YOU made the choice to allow it. So in actuality, you are NOT a victim of stalking, nor do you get to complain about it until you exhaust all efforts (obvious efforts) to block him..which you should have done two years ago OR after the first voicemail and first text arrived last night.

There is no blocking option on cell phone with my carrier, and my phone itself doesn't have that option either because it's old. I have recently been considering changing my number but I have had my phone number for many years and do not really want to give it up, and so had put it off.
He knows where I live and its completely out of character for him to do the stalker routine. He just wants a shag without commitment, how was I to know he'd do this?

Fixed, it's not your fault he's being a stalking weirdo. If he keeps it up, send him a text telling him to stop or you'll get a restraining order on him. If he has half a brain he'll heed the warning. If not, well, hope he enjoys the restraining order lol

(((Fixed)))
Even my 15yr old son has more cop on than your ex, where is his respect and boundaries??

Does he really think that will win you back??

Jeeeez

He has zero respect or boundaries Star. He is a user and my sister deleted all the VM today for me so I would not have to go through them.
He even pulled out the "I am a fifty year old millionaire without a lady" card. Bringing money into the equation thinking that would entice me. Jeez is right.

Good!

You're precariously close to compliment-fishing. "I'm sexy, but I just can't help it!"
Do you strike a pose and put your hand to your forehead when you're saying this? The visual is PRICELESS. I'm tempted to pour myself a cognac while enjoying it.
There are people in this world, *in YOUR community*, who would give everything you have.
And your complaint is essentially that you're too sexy. Or something.
Go read a book? Paint. Take classes. Meditate. Do photography. Stop looki

Dearest Sereph...as I said before, I have 5 planets and my part of fortune in scorpio, I have a virgo ascendent with my moon in Leo in the twelfth house conjuncting it, and Saturn in the first. My whole damn life I've tried to cover up my "energy" in attempts to deter unwanted attention. I wore baggy jeans in high school and was a tom boy as a kid...it didn't deter anyone though. When I was sixteen I had a manager threaten to commit suicide in front of me with a loaded and cocked shotgun all because I wouldn't date him. So yeah, I decided to be a stripper for a couple of years...I figured if I'm going to get that attention anyway, I may was well ha e a bouncer around to protect me, and simultaneously make better money. Though I quit doing that more than a dozen years ago. You don't know me, and you likely won't ever get to know who I am because of the story you are forming about me in your brainspace.
Ironically...I work at Starbucks. I grabbed the carrot of insurance but they don't pay a living wage and my arm is fucked by this business to the point where it is difficult to even lift my arm over my head to undress myself.
Oddly, I am a photographer, a writer, a dance teacher, a gardener, meditate regularly, and educate others about the Chakra system, I have a fledgling aromatherapy business and have been an active participant in group study of the Fourth Way for nearly 9 years. I've hand-drawn two Tarot decks, study astrology actively, and ...shall I continue?
What else ya got? There must be something funny in your cognac...it's making you think you can define me by a single thread...which I assure you, you can not. It does make me wonder where Mercury sits in your chart, and what you have sitting in your third house, though...
Dear StarMooney....I am a costume maker. You all assumes sent this man nude pictures which I clearly stated I did not. The only parts of my anatomy "that were revealed was my belly and my thighs...just an f.y.i."
The costume was more of a warrior wolf inspired piece, and I initially took the pictures because I was selling the costume.
When he asked if I could send him something that was the closest thing I had...
So yeah I get it, I fed the beast. But to be clear, the pics weren't of me nude.
It's turning out to be quite amusing to see how much my words get spun around.
You know which pictures are appropriate and which pictures are not appropriate to give a man when he requests one from you (if you're not wanting that type of attention). Leg and stomach, costume or no costume, is way too much to show a guy you are not trying to have view you in a sexual way. If you don't have a decent picture to show, don't send one.
lol moon artist. That actually makes scientific sense. I tryyy not to be so critical about them because if it's in their biological make up what can they do

How to Block an Incoming Call on Your Cell Phone
Carrier Services
Some cell phone carriers provide customers with tools to block specific numbers. This may be a simpler option for someone that is looking to block certain numbers aside from telemarketers. However, going through your phone service carrier may mean that you??ll have to pay for this convenience.
If you visit Verizon Wireless, and log in with your account information, you??ll be able to access a feature called SPAM Control. It falls under the ???My Services?? option when you??ve logged in. The feature allows you to block up to 5 phone numbers and 15 email addresses.
After logging onto AT&T Wireless and clicking on your messages page, there are preferences which allow you to block telephone numbers from texting you. There are options for blocking email addresses and websites, too.
Sprint allows you to block specific numbers and address on their site. It??s a little trickier to maneuver through these features though. Here are some instructions to help you navigate through the site:
Under ???My Sprint,?? click on ???My Preferences??
In the ???All About my Account?? section, you??ll see ???Limits and Permissions??
???Block Texts?? is an option in this section and you can add numbers which you??d like to be restricted from sending texts to you.
Though T-Mobile does not provide a service that allows customers to block calls and texts, they do offer a paid service called Family Allowances, which is essentially a parental control that gives parents the option to ???Never Allow?? specific numbers from the lines in their account. The service costs $ 4.99/month.

unless you have one of these:
Other Services
There are also a number of online services available that make call blocking simple and user friendly. Here are two of the top-used services:
??Google Voice is a free phone number customizing tool that allows users to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail, treat the call as spam, or block the caller entirely.
??YouMail is a voicemail service that gives users the option to create visual voicemails for the calls that they do want to receive. For unwanted calls, YouMail provides users with a unique feature: the ability to create specific voicemail greetings for unwanted calls???a message stating your number is no longer in service, for example.

This is entirely your responsibility. At some point you'll have to be your *own* image/PR specialist. Them's the breaks. Learn to manage and command what you put out into the world.
And in the grand scheme of things, this is not an actual problem....

You can enjoy a coffee at Starbucks. You can pet domesticated animals. YOU CAN DRINK CHAMPAGNE OUT OF A GLASS SLIPPER.

That's all I see in this thread.

.... and I never considered they would do that either (call with a warning), Good Point.
The general consensus seems to be that he'll be back and if that happens I will call the police.
He lives about 10 blocks away on the same main drag as me, and can easily see if I am home by my truck parked on the street. I am missing my secluded acreage that had one way in that very few were privy to, and a 130lb Shepherd guarding the door.
I don't consider myself a victim, despite what some of you say.
I will say....that the energy I am speaking of provides an intense energy to work with and navigate through. I know I'm not alone in feeling this. Some people have said I have self-confidence issues or something along those lines. There are things I get frustrated with in life, a big one is when I'm expressing myself and processing something and people turn my words into saying something that I'm not. Communicating what I am experiencing seems to hold a lot of energy, as I see on this thread, and has stirred up even more energy. I'm beginning to look at this energy as a generator of sorts...it can be felt and defined in subjective ways to whomever is the one in observation...because people live in a frequency of their own making, and get feedback (in an inward energetic sense) in the realm of the frequency they are steeped in.
Perhaps my words are stirring your own defenses... I get it.
In my understanding of astrology the Moon placement is largely associated with the mother, and with the personality. When my mom was fighting cancer, which ultimately lead to her passing, I discovered quite a bit about what was passed onto me...karmic wise...but that's for a different thread.
Everything is connected. So picking one planetary body to define someone and pick at them, isn't useful.
I realize that I opened myself up to being your meal, of sorts. What some of you have commented on or said has been useful. I don't expect guys to see where I am coming from...they are guys and have their perspective, or the windows of which they see the world from, have a different point of view.
I find it funny that when I tell people I am a Scorpio, they presume all sorts of things about me...which is why I posted this thread in the first place. We are all creatures with sexuality...which is why I think it's absurd that Scorpios get pegged and defined primarily by this title. We all have a little scorpio in our charts.
I have read and met numerous other resources which explain a depth to Scorpio energy...but the human mind likes to jump on things, quickly defining it and making measurements and judgments....that's what the mind does; every sound we hear the mind jumps on quickly to name it and file it away in its place of "knowing." Words are interesting in this sense. Depending on one's upbringing we have different connotations and associative references when it comes to language.Communica
Communication can get fuzzy in that way, because people in general have a way of rearranging words in thin air and relaying them back in a quite distorted way.
People who have had similar experiences to mine, get what I am saying. People who don't, seem to judge it. We often don't realize how much our mind is closed to new information solely because of our "knowing."
Anyway....thanks for fluffing this one out. Its been useful, and yet has also been quite revealing of how the human mind works, and quite telling of how people interact on this site.
An interesting experiment indeed.

This thread has gone on long enough. First of all lets talk about BIOLOGY. You know that thing that makes everything living what it is. There are 6 billion people on earth. All of them came to like because a man looked at a woman and thought she was sexy. That's how we pick a partner. Plain and simple, after that allot more detail goes into it but that is the first stage. Maybe men don't get to see what it is that makes you something more than this because you keep it from them. You wait for them to give you the nod of approval that they want it from you rather than just giving them all of yourself. so they only see whats on the outside and they have no need to see anymore than that because it satisfies them.

And another important point that I am making about biology, I'm a man and I like beautiful woman. I see beautiful woman from a perspective that only men can see it from, woman cant see it how we see it but they make up nonsense in their own heads. When woman complain about being "objectified" by men that's because they only see it from a visual perspective. When men look at woman they don't just see that sexy figure. We sense your confidence, your vitality, your happiness and love beaming from you. MEN SEE WHAT IS GOING TO RAISE OUR CHILDREN. The problem is woman somehow think that we look at you like peaces of meat, Which says allot about your confidence. If you feel like a peace of meat then you will get treated like one. But in reality I don't think any men actually look at woman like meat. We see a woman's entire aura and that's what makes her sexy. we hear her laughter and it practically drives us insane because it sounds so good.
Most men really Strugle to put this into words, or even fathom what we are feeling past the basic instinct. Our language gives us about 20 words max to express the most incredible things on earth. Not every guy is a great poet.
I honestly think the real problem lays in your self confidence and perception of what men think. and your probably really hot.

Thank you for a really great inside look on how men think and feel. smile
So, can we see pics of these tarot cards you made, and the costumes and stuff? I'm curious smile
On the note of a Leo moon.
defined on its own...
a good point: exuberant, creative,, broadminded, colorful fun loving.
a dark side: self-indulgent, self -centered, overbearing
Moon in the twelfth: sensitive, receptive and intuitive toward other people. Too easily hurt, hides feelings.
Good point:a creative imagination
bad point: often insecure, possible disappointment comes through the mother or family.
Note: the sign a planetary body is in doesn't solely define a person, one has to consider what house it sits in, and other influences that effect it within the chart. This is some of the energy I came here on this planet with, it is my work...not my weakness to pick at.
Case in point....stereotyping or defining things by route of what one has read, closes the door to understanding. Once one thinks that they "know" something, they limit what they can learn...they stop any new information from coming in.
If one wants to define this thread as being narcissistic, perhaps they should consider how their point of view is "right" solely because it comes from them and what they "know." If the world is full of the unknown...why would anyone consider what they "know" to be the ultimate truth. Now that, seems narcissistic.

I have a similar response to those comments when I get that too. I don't go to a place of pouting "why am I so pretty?" That's ridiculous. If that's what was interpreted by what I was writing, than I have to clarify...that was not what I was saying at all. I was saying that when random guys approach me in that way it doesn't do anything for me other than annoy me. It doesn't inflate my ego, it just pisses me off. Many people seem to think Scorpios like that flavor of energy... They hear the word Scorpio and associations and definitions flood their minds, leaving very little space for understanding who a person is...similar to the moon in leo bit, that a few people have giggled about...people seem to close their minds once they "know" something. They are so sure...of themselves and what they know about something or someone...that build themselves a pedestal of which to sit and judge the world and measure the world.

Yeah, I think it's normal for people to attempt to show people where they are coming from when they feel misunderstood, or attacked. Call it whatever...defensivness, explanation,discussion...it's vocabulary.
If one's intention isn't meant to engage another person's defenses...then perhaps they should reconsider their standing ground and the words they choose to use for communication. Most of communication comes from a lazy place, it's reaction....rather than intentional. As I said...if one's intentions are to understand, rather than judge or define, they'd choose different words.

The 12th House Moon (in addition to other planets) if left unchecked, can be prone
to self-pity, (perceived) martyrdom, and possibly exploitation.
It is your work *because* it is your weakness-- that is the nature of the 12th House, and yes--
they are yours to turn into strengths.

Regarding the bold ^^...
You assume you are being stereotyped, but you're reasoning is based on yet another stereotype.
One gains knowledge through study (i.e. reading)-- and some of the people who have commented here have A LOT of knowledge,
based on their own extensive study of astrology, as well as personal experience.
And you discredit it all because it's negative-- but it doesn't negate the positive, and fwiw, we all have a 12th House.

This is projection and rationalization-- you got the feedback you asked for based on peoples perceptions of what you said.
It just wasn't what you expected.

Perhaps you should consider whether you want to be happy or right?

I doubt any of us will get to see her pics or costumes. Why? Because they probably don't even exist. Post pics of your tarot card deck, those pics won't be revealing at all. We probably won't get to see those either. Typical Scorpio mind games.
OP, as you said, you're processing. Sounds like you're processesing is confusing you because you don't seem to know what the hell you're talking about. I am a Reiki master myself and have been practicing tantric healing for years. I am well versed in those arenas. And just by reading your posts, you seem to be all too unevolved to even begin to understand those practices. I agree with Tizani, you are a narc and you need to go have take a seat somewhere and hide all of your internet-connected devices.
Long story short, stop putting yourself out there in foolish ways and others won't "attack" you. You're pretty much asking for it, you sound like a 10th grader.

Photobucket also works the same way. Basically, with dxp, you have to load pics to a photo hosting site to be able to post them in here. Lame sauce, but that's how it works for now.

For some reason it's giving me difficulty bringing photos over from photobucket and uploading them. It might be due to my attempts to do this via my phone. I'll try again when I get on a laptop.

@ MoonArtist
These are some examples of costumes I have made.
The picture is"We Become," a play I wrote, directed, and costumed in 2006. It is a story about how our personality is shaped by those we are surrounded with. A story telling how the fool came to realize their own essential nature by having to exchange their baggage and rose colored glasses. It was performed in 2006.
....and no I am not one of the characters in the last picture. I was directing the play from the sidelines.
The cards look great. Did you do the designs as well as the colored pencils? What kind of material did you use for the paper? Cardstock or something heavier? I've been tempted to do some for myself but it's still just an idea for now.
Great costumes and makeup. Big Grin
I love all things creative. So much fun to see what others are doing and what comes from their imagination.

Yes, I designed the cards as well. The first deck I drew, in 2004, was modeled after the Rider-Waite deck. The second one that I crafted, I designed and was crafted from 2010-2012.
It is card stock, after the drawing were penciled, inked, and colored, they were glued to a heavier colored backing and then laminated.
The first deck I used heavier paper, and the deck when piled stood 4 1/2"...too thick. So the second deck I used thinner paper.
I recommend setting aside the same amount of time per week if you want to take on a similar project. Give yourself a goal of sketching 4 cards per sitting. You'll make headway if you keep yourself to a time limit and work at it regularly.
I already foresee me drawing a third deck. smile

Great work!! Very creative and colourful

Or are they just a figment of our imagination lol

Really, why would you make all that up??

*confused*

I'm confused...What are you presuming I made up?

I have tried posting pics from my photobucket account....which code do you have to use?

I use the HTML code.
@OP, I suppose you're right. Biologically we are designed to be attracted to one another through chemistry or otherwise...and I shouldn't be so offended by the fact that men approach me this way.
Check.
Ha! Oh yes, you are referring to the venom throwing Reiki Master. (Eyes roll...)
Your welcome, Starlover. I'm just figuringaout how to post . Yhe code works for posting things on threads, but it doesn't seem to work for the uploading images section. I tried to post the images on my page instead, but it dn't seem to work when I paste it there...I likely have to do something to the code to make it work. Somehow I was able to get the pic if me up as my icon and uploaded through my images stored on my phone, but it wouldn't let me upload any others this way...it may be because I may have a shortage of memory on my phone or something
I stand corrected. Your work is nice and in fact, real. I didn't believe you or your story was real because I couldn't (and still can't) understand how a woman in her mid 30s could be so clueless about how men work and what's appropriate vs what's inappropriate. Something is missing. I still stand behind everything else I said. It's not a matter of being venomous, it's a matter of pointing out what's going over your head and has you wondering why you continually have problems. You asked the question, expect straightforward answers.
They aren't "problems"...they are "challenges." Winking
I see men as being capable of much more than they realize. I just try to remember that everyone is in a state of becoming.
Some people on this thread have said some valuable and useful things, while others have done nothing but poke and peck, at least they are amusing themselves....is it useful? Perhaps for their egos...but not to me or my situation.
P.S. StarMooney, I couldn't care less what you think of my work, or my "Work," your opinion has no value to me.
My work is my "Work," I persist in my efforts for my own sake and for my anscestors, not for the pat on the head from others. I know where I came from, what I have overcome...I have that perspective, while you do not.
I know I'm talented, creative, and am still becoming even more so aside from what people like to presume about me from their own misconceived notions.
We are either evolving toward becoming conscious beings, or lulling ourselves to sleep with our own stories...that we are so sure in ourselves.
