I don't give out heirloom recipes...BUT...you can google it. Any shell fish you cook, is ALWAYS added last. OR..you make it separate and add to sauce..Otherwise, you will be chewing on rubber.

IMHO, the beverage of choice only reflects the taste, mood and food.

On occasion, I like Red Stripe Jamaican Lager. However, not during a meal. Just by itself when I shoot the breeze
with a friend. Otherwise, I am water, iced tea or a diet-coke.
