Aries is confused by a Taurus man

I've been dating with a Taurus man for a month only. The first day I met him, he showed that he's interested in me and wanted to know me further. The connection was so smooth, we grabbed a drink, and we kissed. The night is over, he texted me, I really enjoyed spending time with you, I wish to see you soon. He said, I think I really like you. We met the other day, and we see each other really often. One day he said, I'm really sure about how I feel, and I'm going for it. I'm not questioning you, I'm telling you, You're mine. We texted everyday, he updated me everything. I wanted to ask him, what are we now? Are we together, or we're still in a dating process? But I have no guts to ask as I know he doesn't like it when a girl take it too seriously. Everytime we met, he'd always said, I really like you, You're mine. There's a night, he was complaining about his female friend acted awkward toward him, like she has a feeling for him, but she's in his friendzone. So I took this chance to asked him, Am i in your friendzone? He was shocked and said, are you stupid? Do you think this is friendzone? We kissed, and finally, I said I really like you. The other day, I texted him saying, I really like you and I mean it. After that day, I never heard him saying I like you, you're mine again. But we still enjoy each other's company. He often said sweet phrases, but when I started to show my feelings, I feel like he's drifting away. I received lesser updates from him, and now he's just completely disappeared. Normally, he would always spend his Sunday with me and every lunch break. Last week, he didn't ask me out at all, I was expecting that he would see me on Sunday. When I asked to see him, he said he doesn't feel sociable, he wanna spend time alone. I would just smile and said enjoy your day. He acted more and more awkward. He didn't text me at all, and when I texted good morning, have a nice day, he didn't reply. I'm so fucked up. I leave him a message, "I've heard from you so little these days, I hope everything is going well with you." I expected a reply, but he didn't make a move until now. I can't figure out what's wrong. He seems really quick to showed me his feelings, but when I started to show him back, he's disappeared. Why? Can somebody tell me please, what's going on here? What should I do next? My birthday is coming up next week, he said that he will cook for me on that day, but he's disappearing right now. Please, somebody please tell me what should I do.

Nothing happened. He didn't contact me for a few days and I don't dare to speak up. I don't wanna bother him. I have been spending all days reading about Taurus and it all said Taurus need spaces and stuffs. But what am I planning to do, is after my birthday next week, if he still doesn't show up, I will request to ask him out and ask him what's going on? Do you think this is a good idea? I can't take this anymore, he's stuck here in my mind 24/7. I told him since the first day we met that I'm not playing games with relationship, and he knows everything. Everything he did to me clearly showed that he likes me, he often look into my eyes and said you're beautiful, you're pretty. He'd just randomly kiss me in the public. He could look into my eyes forever, stare at my lips, kiss my forehead. Sigh. I want to see him and ask him, why is he avoiding me? Is there anything I did that affected him? or he's seeing someone else? What do you think? I'm so confused.

Well, I feel we have a strong connection and we get along really well since the first time we met. And he told me right after our first date that he likes me, but I didn't really believe in him, until we went out for many times and he keep showing me more. Everytime we met, he would always said I like you, I really like you. Until our 6th date, then I told him I like him.
