Hi ladiessss so I talked with my doc about getting on bc and was prescribed Yaz. I decided to do some research on my own and found sooooo many women suffering intense mood swings, depression, severe anxiety, and migraines. I’m a bit scared now to go on this pill... :/
So for all u ladies on BC, what’s been the best one for you, and why?

I tried a few and it was a hot mess. I also have a history of blood clots so it’s not a good mix.
So ftm we stick to condoms and the best birth control of them all, oral sex 😉

Birth control is so bad for women. I was looking for the one with the most bearable side effects (especially didn't want weight gain or acne) and got Mircette prescribed. It's expensive af tho. I took Azurette the generic for it. They all have their share of different side effects, just a matter of picking your poison.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I decided to hold off on using the BC. Mental health is very important to me.

Here is the thing. There is no good birth control. They all give you side effects. The actual best would be none. Just tracking your cycle.
I have a copper IUD. It is very painful but I have not had one pregnancy scare. I have a few years left on it and after that I won't be taking birth control probably
Copper IUD won't give you any emotional side effects ( I haven't had any ) if your worried about that
