"In order for a woman to have a good relationship you need to set boundaries and the man must be made aware when he has crossed a boundary rather than being allowed to do so again and again."
Smart girl.
This thread really should have been named The Battle of the Sexes or something like that...
Women are physically weaker than men, true, but that is mostly ignorable--physical strength is the least useful and the easiest to replace human trait.
On the other hand, women are much weaker in terms of strength of character. For instance, women are more emotional than men, right? But what are emotions? Emotions are pre-programmed physiological respones to the enviorment. So, what sort of person would admit to being easily manipulated and just accept it as who they are? Seems like a huge character flaw to me?
It's kind of sad really; women are just too complaisant. Being so "civilized" makes it so much more necessary for women to have Rules to follow. It's about time women started making the mental connection between unhappiness and bad decisions.
I wouldn't exactly call a crippling fear of conflict a sign of superior emotional maturity.
I think women are stronger. Men fall by the wayside easier than women do... once their ego has taken a beating, it's downhill. They also take longer to pick themselves up once fallen...
"It's about time women started making the mental connection between unhappiness and bad decisions."
-- Only logical. You men swear that women are emotional basket-cases or something lol It's not like we live wrapped up in our emotions... ? And what's wrong with being more emotional? It doesn't hurt us if we don't allow them to rule our decisions. It's only a matter of ignoring them... plus we're really not that emotional either.
Rules for women ey? What's this about? didn't get that part...
