Disturbing was the word. I think the dynamic is different considering the elements involved. Water sun and Fire moon is just pressure building up waiting to explode.

ya I'm pretty chill but when I got angry I got scary. Always holding it in and not having any practice controlling my emotions. Not violent thankfully but not pleasant.
I would consider doing what I did. Observe your feelings. Don't ignore them and let things build up. Express yourself more openly and hash things out. It will honestly feel weird and you might be afraid to at first. Gets better with practice. I'm at the point now that I feel it but it's my choice how I want to express it.

It's too hurtful for me to stick around. Feelings are a questionable realm for water signs. Specially for a Crab like myself. I still don't think I have matured fully to have a grasp on them. Given the choice on feeling what I feel atm is infinitely many times better than letting it explode. But I'm often left looking at myself in hindsight because I'm unable to correctly figure out what I'm really feeling and why.
Crab emotions are volitile and ever changing. I'm gonna get the hang of them but there's the underlying issues causing them too that need to be addressed.click to expand
I think I remember the mindset I took at the start. I disasociated in away. " I am not angry. I'm feeling angry." Then I would address why.
I understand cancers are emotional beings. You supposedly just dive and let it consume you. I do have high sensitivity myself. I would practice disasociation from your feelings until you can identify what's going on and why. Then it will become a choice. You can't always control how you feel but you can decide what to do about it rather it control you and everyone and thing that effects you on that level.

so it's finally happened.
there was some unfortunate statement said and i lost my mind.
it all started when i finally posted a couple pic with the capricorn sun/pisces moon as some kinda power move to create a shield against other females from throwing themselves at him. and my forever jealous gemini sun/gemini moon aunt (who btw i haven't been seeing in person for months) called me up to ask about him. she tells me just out of nowhere that 'i don't like the look of him. he looks secretly married or with kids. or it could just be for your money."
then i told her maybe she's jealous of me.
then she BLOCKS me LMFAO.
you call me up, say something insulting about someone you've NEVER MET and you're the one who blocks me?

and female family members are especially nasty too (and i'm staying home right now even though we've had plans to move out) but i lost my mind, got super emotional yesterday and told the cap sun/pisces moon all about it. so later on he's gonna pick me up and we'll see where it goes.

Lol. Whyd you have to shield him from other females? That's odd. But maybe your family just want a better guy for you. Sometimes the family knows before we do. My mum and grandma hated everyone I dated except for my husband. I couldn't understand it back in the day. But now I do. If what they said is something that you think isn't true, then you shouldn't get upset about it.
i'm so upset coz they never sound supportive, always seemed that they look down on me and my choices. and it's funny too that they've insulted him (though they haven't even met) and he mentioned that thing you just said... about what's best for me.

Well, what would they gain by making you feel bad? They don't get paid for it. They don't get any reward whatsoever. There's also no point in your aunt being jealous of you. Why would she? I've been around good and bad family my whole life and I used to go against advise or thoughts like that.
