Do you think DXP veterans get more respect on here? Or the newbies? Or does it matter? Or does everyone get treated the same?
I believe respect is not correlated to how long you're on here, but by what you say, or how you say it. And, that's pretty dynamic since you could gain respect from someone by really blunt and real, but others would view that differently. To me, people get respect by being civil, objective, helpful, and insightful. New members may have to gain others' trust before they gain respect, but not always the case.
Do you think the way questions are worded makes a difference?
Sure. If a question makes you sound mature, angry/spiteful, etc, they all make people perceive it in different ways.
What makes some people get reamed and some people get nice responses?
A lack of experience tends to get people rammed. Slightly related, I've heard tons of comments lately about age, such as 'You're only so and so age, when you're older, you'll understand.' Therefore, what those people say are less likely to get people to take you seriously and could also lead to a lack of respect...which could lead to negative responses. That would only be a small percentage, though. Other times, if you seem immature or disrespectful, angry, or say something others think is absurd...that could all lead to bad responses.
Do you feel respected here?
Um...I feel on an upper-neutral level on this. I don't necessary think it's respect, but a toleration? Which, is all I need.

Actually catching up with my lovely scorpio mum. Time to play the game of hide and seek and breaking defenses!

Which I might add, she always wins.
I play with shaving creams. I love that strawberry tangerine scent, I think its PureSilk, or something another. I also like that Edge gels. I have to be by myself to indulge in this quirk. I use Veet or Nair, so I don't keep shaving creams

Example? I'm trying to understand how exactly that would feel. Is it dependent on the person, what exactly do you gain from this? What makes the person confused? I can't easily understand things unless put into context. I'm trying to imagine how I could relate that to my partners, but I didn't feel any different as a person after having sex with them, even over a period of time.
