Terrible 2014

P Angel - thank you for your time and thoughts... you are right. Those financial worries are my only reason for pause. We have been married 14yrs (not much fighting about money anymore) I dont want to quit completely.
labor economists warn that any substantial time away from the working world can result in lower earnings when you return. - staying part time should help.

My children are not running amuck, but my husband works six 10 hr days and I work strange 12 hr shifts at the hospital. They spend time at grandparents (down the road) and a babysitter.

I want to raise my children - clean my house, consistantly help with school work..
It is what my husband and both want - to be there for them more consistantly.
I need a financial planner.
-we are down to one car payment.. the budget works on paper.
It is a scary decision because what works in theory doesnt always pan out in reality.
I also know that no one else can make this decision -
I just appreciate the insight.. opinions.. advice.. help.
