i don't dislike millennials. i do think the parents failed to instill many values etc.. latch key kids, due to 2 working parents or single parent homes. We created it i guess.

Not free, but I think there's a general tendency for companies to prefer hire people with a lot of experience. I think in some cases, it might be relatively easier for someone in an older generation to get into new positions than it is for college graduate because the former had been in the workforce for a long time.click to expand
It's called being in the workforce for 30 years. Of course, we have experience. And let me tell, that experience WASN'T free. I've worked my butt off to get there.

@champranger even if you did have the work experience, it's mostly WHO you know, not what you know. I have the experience, but repeatedly been turned down from jobs in which they hired their buddies, old coworkers, moms friend, cousin, etc.
That's a product of downsizing that happened in the 90's, then the recession. Jobs are scarce. Companies are doing more with less.

See when you get opposing elements you never truly get to feel like your sun or moon sign, especally when is Leo sun Scorpio moon. When I feel like my moon sign I feel like I'm an insecure baby who sells himself short, then when I feel like My sun I feel like an egotistical prick who's asking for too much.
