Veggie lasagne is good if you add your fav veggies. Or you could do an easy at home pizza type thing. Take tortilla wraps and put pesto, tomato sauce or whatever as a base. Sprinkle cheese; and add whatever veggies again. Put them in the oven until the cheese melt and the tortillas brown a bit.

They don't have the steely guts to control her properly. I tried to step in previously when I was in suitable health but my father always intervenes and handles it poorly.
If being reasonable doesn't work, you have to play underhanded. Next time, record her.
It's better to let your parents know too. From the sound of it, she might have the potential to cause serious harm and not just to you. Unless you think they don't care.

I know about underhanded. I taught her to be underhanded. I did all the spying for any court case she had in her life. I choose to be a good person and not fight if I stand to gain nothing from it. It hurts when I fight back and my parents protect her from me. All i want, if i fight, is to deal a swift blow to end a matter and not to extend it. They always stop me from doing this. I don't want to hurt my parents while i deal with her. All I can do whilst keeping them satisfied is enduring. They are not doing a damn thing that is actually helping me.
Protecting both of us is not going to fucking help. At some point they have to choose a fucking side or stay out of it while we go at each others throats once and for all. I never did anything for her hate except being born as a younger brother yet here I am paying for an action i didn't commit individually. I'm only pleasing them because my sister doesn't give as many fucks as I give about them

If he continuosly cancels plans in last minute it is very disrespectful. This means your time is not important to him and you are not so important to him either. He is acting immature and you are in pain. It seems he isnt going to change. I'd leave. You will only suffer.
