Men usually give other men advice on what red flags to avoid when dealing with women.
From a woman's POV, what red flags should men be vigilant and avoid if all possible?
Platonic and/or Intimate.
1) I was told to avoid women who put on makeup like clowns. (I think it had something to do with either insecurity or like you never get to see what they really look like, not sure tbh.)
I was so surprised at the virgo woman who is actually a virgo man.....the one who was posting about the Taurus and the Aquarius man she/he was dating.....

I originally asked her out on a "date", but she said she was recently out of a relationship and moved slowly. I told her that was fine and that I wasn't looking to lock her into a relationship.
So I thought I should put in my two cents again I suppose

See if I wanted to get to know someone, I wouldn't like the friends there. Only because I need to know how to act around YOU and if your friends are around it'll be more difficult and I'll have an even larger wall up. I like narrowing it down to one and having conversations one on one. It allows me to figure you out better.
Also, what is your intention with her? Do you just want to get to know her platonically? If so, you're doing it right. If someone asked me out with friends (and we weren't dating or I didn't know this person had feelings for me), I would be like "oh I'm one of his friends" or "oh this is just hanging out, not a date cool".

If I text a guy at 3am telling him how soft my sheets were it's the biggest green light I could give. I don't flirt like that with my friendzone guys.
and that she doesn't pretty much want to date me because she wouldn't want to lose me as a friend if things didn't work out.
Even though...again she's physically attracted to me and was from the very beginning.

I figure we post goals, recovery, tips, stories, and resources. Anything prevalent or interesting or even an update.
For me:
Current stage: Recovery from double hernia surgery
Age: 22
Current Weight: 249 Lbs: 18% bodyfat
Target Weight: 200 Lbs lean - 9-11% bodyfat
Bench: 275
Squat: 305
Deadlift: 355
If you aren't cool posting pics, that's cool, I think I'll probably post mine if it's relevant.
Current Dietary style : Keto/Carb-backloading - (60% Fat, 30% protein, 10% carb)
Age: 30-31
Current Weight: 179 Lbs (need to calculate current body fat)
Target Weight: Eh, 170-175 Lbs lean - 12-15% bodyfat
Bench: 265
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 415
My gym schedule has been off with work unfortunately. This whole slimming down thing always makes me sad because my lifts stagnate. Oh well, just have to take the ego out of my lifts.
Current Dietary style : IF all of the way. Intermittent Fasting is something I'd recommend to most people.
