I may be wrong, but the popular opinion is that men are mostly the ones that cheat, play the field, etc while women are supposed to be the ones who are more ethical, stable, etc. So men go into a situation/relationship thinking that she won't do him wrong because he's been conditioned to think that whether he's a player or not. So when the opposite happens, it has more of an impact.
I think this could be true. Women get their heart broken as well but normally it is the men that don't see it coming. I think I read somewhere women are more likely to end their marriages than men are. I'm not sure if that is the same for all couples.

I am smitten in the initial phase. I am intrigued, excited, anxious, and terrified. My love takes patience for it to grow and I will not become aware I have fallen until it hits me like a ton of bricks. It could be as simple as watching you host a board game night while everyone is chatting away waiting for the game to start, but you're quietly studying the instructions manual intently while I happily watch you, unbeknownst to you, mumble to yourself. The background chatter will have melded into a humming ambiance as I am solely focused on you. But I will not yet inform you my love has finally bloomed, it will be shrouded in mystery for the time being. I will trick my brain into thinking it was mere infatuation and forget the moment until later down the road when an act would trigger this specific memory.
I'm a woman of very little to say, therefore, when you do hear those words it will not be a moment considered as 'the timing as right.' No, it will be blurted out of the blue as a reaction to the giddiness that bubbled inside me in which I could not contain. It is a rare moment of truth with utmost sincerity and elation. You will not hear it for the sake of hearing it and I will not say it for the sake of saying it.
My love will increase seeing you in your natural state observing how you react to certain situations and overcome adversity. The more it grows, the more I will do to add comfort to your life. I create reassurance by how much comfort I provide.
Once I've fallen in love, I will have surrendered full vulnerability to you. You've managed to shatter dowm my walls and I will have become completely devoted to you. I'll cast aside my pride and I will fight tooth and nail to keep us as one even at the cost of my dignity.
Posted by imbatgirl14Yeahhhh it's quite funny bc in the relationships the Virgos kinda have the Aries guys by the balls LMFAOOO. Like the guy will joke around or tease her too much and she'll get really quiet and he'll say "baby wot I'm sorry ):"
Maybe because Virgos are extremely patient and they put out an Aries embers. Virgos are reclusive at times and disappear so this makes Aries wonder about the Virgo since most other signs are clingy.
